Nationwide Coverage: We ship and deliver our products to all physical addresses in South Africa.
When you purchase your instrument from our store, the entire delivery process will be managed by a member of our in-house delivery team, regardless of your location. Your instrument will be delivered on a prearranged date and time by one of our professional, fully insured delivery teams.
Our Premium Delivery Service alleviates any concerns associated with your purchase, ensuring that everything is handled appropriately when acquiring a quality instrument. A team member will reach out to you to arrange specific delivery details at a time that suits you. Most items are dispatched via courier and will require a signature upon delivery.
The majority of products listed on our website are in stock, allowing us to typically dispatch your order within 1-2 days. If an item is not available, we will contact you promptly to provide an estimated delivery date.
If you do not inspect your goods before signing for them, please ensure you sign as 'unchecked.' You must notify us within two working days if the goods have been damaged during transit so we can initiate a prompt claim with the delivery company and address the issue swiftly.
As part of the purchasing agreement, you acknowledge that proof of delivery provided by our courier is sufficient evidence that the goods have been received.
Courier Service: This is a door-to-door service. Once your order reaches the courier, it will be scanned and packaged for shipment to the specified address. Tracking details and timing information will be included in your delivery notification email.
You will receive an email confirming when your order departs from our warehouse. Should there be any delays in dispatching your order beyond the estimated timeframe, we will inform you via email or SMS with an updated delivery date.
Goods are delivered during daytime hours; therefore, please provide a daytime delivery address or ensure someone is available to accept the package at the designated location.
Shipping and Handling
1. We ship nationwide and beyond; simply place your order and enjoy our service as we deliver directly to your door.
2. Total Delivery Time consists of Processing Time plus Shipping Time; tracking numbers will be provided. We offer flat-rate shipping fees of R100 to help save costs for our customers.
3. We provide Shipping Insurance to safeguard against lost or damaged shipments. In case of any reported issues, we will assist in resolving them immediately. Rest assured that your items are insured against theft, fire, or damage; our reliable delivery partner will notify us promptly should such incidents occur.
4. With Flat Rate Shipping, packages are sent via courier services which typically take 1-2 days after order confirmation and payment.
5. Track Your Order: Once shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your Tracking Number. This allows you to monitor your order until it arrives at your doorstep.
Delivery Outside South Africa
We serve most countries across the African continent. Deliveries to border regions including Botswana, Namibia, Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique generally proceed without issue.
