Returns and Exchanges

At Skyline Sound, all our products are new and in their original packaging. However, due to manufacturer or logistics errors, defects or problems may occur and we'll do our very best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if you no longer want the product or if the item received is not what you ordered.

To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure that:

- The product is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The product remains in its original condition—undamaged and unused—with all original stickers, labels, accessories, and packaging intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted if the product has been used or if the inner or outer packaging is damaged. To initiate a return, contact us at support@skylinesound.co.za with "Returns - Skyline Sound South Africa" in the subject line.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your items. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with unwanted items, which are non-reimbursable.

When returning products, please package all items securely to prevent damage during transit (bubble wrap, shredded paper, or packing peanuts can be effective).

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased from www.skylinesound.co.za.

Defective Products

We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective or damaged (e.g., the device does not power on or you received an incorrect color/model), please contact us immediately at support@skylinesound.co.za.

If your return request is accepted due to defects or damages, we will arrange for collection from your address at no cost to you.

As with unwanted products, ensure that all items are securely packaged when returning them (using bubble wrap or similar materials) for protection during transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a full refund will be issued.
